If you have congestive heart failure, no work is indicated. Medicare disability might be available.

All deppends on what caused the CHF...but it's unlikely...only way to find out is to talk to your doc and apply for it...CHF isnt a life sentance to not being able to do something...plenty of people have this disease and they work and live normal lives...

Depends. The CE would have to obtain medical history of patient, to determine whether the condition was work related or there was already a history of chf.
