Great taste but low on nutrition. For nutritional purposes stay with the steamed white rice and choose chicken over pork. Higher protein and lower sodium in most of the chicken sauces. Watch out for that MSG ( monosodium glutamate ). Chinese restaurants use a lot of this stuff to preserve the crispness of the vegetables, AND in the fried rice.
