Many people will think that Japannese.. and I may concur, but I don't think Sushi and Sashimi are everyday food for them. However in Europe, Italians and a lot of people from Eastern Europe prepare a lot of Carpaccio, thin layers of raw red meat... and in Latin America a lot of ceviche, raw fish cured with lemon juice is consumed on a daily basis.
Here in Puerto Rico we also consume a lot of Raw (Live) Oysters and Raw Clams during holidays and long weekends at the beach.
