Depends on which STD. Some will show up in as early as a few weeks. Some take longer and may not show up for years. The best thing to do is keep a close eye on your body, if you notice anything abnormal (a blister, bump) or if you find yourself getting sick more often than you used to, then you need to check with your doctor. You should also talk with your doctor before any symptoms appear. There are blood tests and other tests that can be done to detect STDs.
Always use protection to help prevent STD's in the first place.

As quickly as you can get to a doctor for a blood test...and keep having blood tests every 6 months.
