No. Genital warts are spread by direct skin to skin contact and sex.

I worried about this when I was living with my two younger brothers. I shared a bathroom with them for 5 years and I never gave them the virus!

There are actually studies going on right now that are trying to proove or disproove this very thing. I am cruious to know too since I don't have genital warts, but I do have they type of HPV that causes cervical cancer. A friend of mine got HPV and she was a virgin and had never even KISSED a boy! So I think its possible even if it has yet to be prooven for sure. Traditionally skin to skin contact is how its spread, but I would not take chances. Just use clean towels and if you are the one infected make sure you wash your towels so as to not accidently infect someone else.
Also, remember that even "SAFE SEX" (condoms) can spread the virus, so the only way to avoid transmission is to abstain.

Genital warts are spread through skin-to-skin contact. No studies have proved that they can be spread through towels or anything else

Genital warts are very contagious and are only spread during oral, vaginal, or anal sex with an infected partner. They are transmitted by skin-to-skin contact during vaginal, anal, or (rarely) oral sex with someone who is infected.
