Not that medical science has found so far. There are only prescriptions to treat diabetes and keep it under control. There are dietary things you can do that help as well.
However, many other forms of treating diseases are put forth by many cultures. Perhaps that is what the advertisement is for.
When I was in South Africa doing AIDS education, I met with a local faith healer. She showed me that it is very important in her culture to mix medical science with the belief system. In this way people are comforted and helped the most.
Good luck with your illness.

Maybe it was the phrasing? Perhaps by cure, they meant treatment?
I'm with the other posters here in saying that as of right now the only cure is a transplant. I'd love to see an alternative to a transplant - as I've been a type one diabetic for 12 years now. :) But I think we have a way to go as of yet.
Can I just say, in an off topic kind of way, that there is no natural way to control or "cure" type one diabetes. Herbal supplements and 'change of diet' cannot fix a pancreas that no longer produces insulin. I always feel very insulted when I see someone stating that. Diabetes is a disease. Not all forms of diabetes can be 'fixed' with diet and exercise alone. I really hope no one buys into those things - it can be a dangerous venture.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

For any diabetic the only "cure" is a new pancreas. Short of a transplant that will not normally happen. That's not done all that much because doctors don't know how long the transplant will last in the new host. Besides that there are rejection drugs to take to keep the body's rejection response at bay. And the side effects of those drugs are worse than simply taking insulin!

Yes, I have been cured from type 1 diabetes after 27years. It is not done on a wide scale yet, but it is done.
Pancreas Transplant... I had one in 2000, and my blood sugars are a constant 119-125, I do not take any diabetes control meds, only transplant anti-rejection meds.
Most pancreas transplants are done with a kidney, but I already had one kidney in '95, and the pancreas came available to me.
Look in to it..
Good Luck

The diabetes illness can be helped quickly by taking on some changes in lifestyle. The diet regime really should be made up of high fiber and also unprocessed foods. Try to eat four to six meals spread evenly through your day. Get started working out consistently. Dietary supplements may be helpful as well. Flax oil, daily multivitamin, gymnema sylvestre, cinnamon, billberry, and barberry can be helpful.
