If it's a Western style BBQ restaurant (smoked meat, sauce, etc.) then you shouldn't name it something Middle Eastern sounding. Rather it should be down-home, good ole' boy, "y'all want some cornbread with that order" - sounding. It'll give it an air of legitimacy. Pick a name of a place you like here, and work with that. You wouldn't have to change it much. I doubt if they would have an international copyright.
Just remember - no pork.
