The Original Buffalo Wing Sauce developed and perfected
at Frank & Theresa's Famous Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York; the birth place of Buffalo Chicken Wings!
2 1/2 lb. fresh chicken wings (12-16 whole wings)
1/2 cup Original Anchor Bar Sauce
If preferred, split wings at joint, pat dry. Deep fry at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes until completely cooked and crispy; drain. Put in bowl, add sauce and toss until wings are completely covered. Serve with bleu cheese and celery.
For milder taste add additional margarine or butter.
Marinate Chicken Breasts in Buffalo Wing Sauce, then grill, basting with more Sauce if necessary. Remove from grill, dip or brush more Sauce and serve on a sandwich roll with mayonnaise and other favorite fixings.
Sauté onions in F&T Sauce (4 parts onion: 1 part Sauce). Grill burger, top with sautéed onions, and serve as desired.

Stole this recipe from a place in Houston, take 1/2 tub of Margarine and melt it to liquid state. Then take an entire bottle of Hot sauce, the brand is your choice, put in about 1/2 to 3/4 cup in the butter, take chicken wings, snip off the pointed end of the wing and cut it away from the arm. Put both parts in the tub with the mixture, refrigerate over night and then put about a half a gallon of oil in a deep frying pan, get it very hot (test with water) and then put the wings in one at a time. I have done this many times and have always been asked for the recipe.!
