Just about any major food store-Kroger,Publix etc have a section of Sugar free foods even Mixes that you can bake yourself. Also for Potato Chips find the ones that are BAKED for its the oil that saturates when fried that makes it not a good choice for diabetics-go to your local health food store where you'll find a lot of baked and sugar free and low oil products. Also when you cook, bake etc be sure to use Olive Oil even Canola Oil is good and a bit cheaper. I even though not a diabetic cut way down on sugar -get Sugar free candy esp Peppermints although I pay quite a bit more but worth it for have lost unwanted weight-also only eat baked chips-your health food store will also have vegetable based chips-baked or no bad hdl-be sure you check the ingredients, and food breaks down esp Sodium,Cholesterol, Carbs and so forth. Happy hunting

If yo are taking insulin, fast acting insulin to be exact, you can eat almost anything. You have not left enough information to properly answer. There are very few free foods. Ceral and apples show that they dont know both contain carbs which will raise you blood sugar.

I'm diabetic and I like to snack on graham crackers and peanut butter...doesn't raise my blood sugar very much! You can also eat fruits and veggies, just watch out because fruits have natural sugars, which aren't as bad as manufactured sugars, but it will still effect your blood sugar!

Fruits, such as an apple.
Read the side labels on what you eat. Check for carbs, sugars, etc.
