Genital warts are very contagious and are spread during oral, vaginal, or anal sex with an infected partner. They are transmitted by skin-to-skin contact during vaginal, anal, or (rarely) oral sex with someone who is infected. Rarely, genital warts also can develop in your mouth or throat if you have oral sex with an infected person.

If her lesbian lover had the virus on her skin (it can lay dormant and the carrier may not even know they have it!) and has sexual contact with her lesbian lover the virus can be spread. The virus is spread by skin-to-skin contact between mucous membranes, especially the vaginal area. It is possible for the lesbian to contract genital warts on the mucous-lining of her lips, mouth, and throat after oral sex with an infected partner.

any moucous membrane contact or around the gentital area contact you can pass it to you by having your had touch them then touch you. as much as they do it is probably easy for them to do that
