If you haven't already, please take her to the hospital. This sounds like she may have a gastrointestinal bleed, like from an ulcer. I doubt it's diabetes related. But if she continues to lose fluids this way she can go into metabolic acidosis. Not to scare you, but this can lead to seizures, coma, or different heart arrhythmias (ventricular tachycardia - very serious, deadly). Please seek medical attention now.

This is a Homeopathic Remedy which matches to her conditions ARSENICUM ALBUM 30C you will find it at Most Herbal Shops and Pharmacies give it to her doses at 15 minutes intervals 4 to 5 doses till she starts feeling better after that just three doses a day half hour before meals will be enough till she is cured 100% its totally side effects free and will not cause any complications with any other remedies. If there is no change in her condition after the first two doses give me an email. I am online right now for atleast two more hours
Take care and God Bless you

I would take her to the doctor right away, she may have a virus that needs to be checked out.Has she been in hospital recently?
You need to make sure she is keeping her fluid intake up, dehydration can be a serious problem.
When did it start?
Good Luck, I hope she feels better soon.
