Like wat shuld i use to keep me healthy with like proteins and minerals and that stuff?

Bobby, kill fruits and vegetables! What do u think u meatr eaters r doing to all those poor animals?!

I'm a vegetarian too, it's a lot easier than you think! Beans are great; if you're not a vegan, eggs are also good. Tofu is good, espcially mixed in with stir fry veggies and rice :). Special K also makes a cereal with extra protein (10mg protein in a bowl!).
Personally, I don't take any supplements, I really don't think you need to! Good choice!!! :)

You get a complete protein when you balance grains and legumes. Many people eat eggs and still consider themselves vegetarian, just not vegan. Otherwise you get the same vitamins and minerals- more probably- once you quit filling up with empty calories.

I've been a vegetarian all my life. It's really not that hard. I take a multivitamin everyday. I eat a lot of legumes, so I get enough protein. I don't know if you plan on eating eggs or not but they are also a good source of protein.

Everything has protein. 1/2 lentils have the same amount as a 3 oz. steak. Whole grains are excellent sources and so are beans and nuts.

to be a vegetarian:
just be relax every time
stop smoking
stop drink coffee
stop drink alcohol
minimize to consume eggs or meat,
eat fish, consume fish which have scale
eat many tomatoes
eat many cucumbers
eat much green vegetables
drink mininum 1,5 - 2 litres water a day
do any sport 4 days a week
and you ll healthier.

U can stop eating non veg items and can start using soya chas,which is a product from soya . preparing like beef curry,it tastes like beef and same when eats.try it.more nutrient than meat also.

you can eat Tofu, legumes, beans , nuts and some vegetarians eat fish and eggs. both of these are good sources of protien.

tofu is what most vegetarians eat to get the protein. it can be flavored with different things. i think it's yum!
