Everything but the stinky blues.....
Gouda, Mahon, Mozzarella, Ricotta, Brie, Feta, Parmesan Reggiano, Havarti, Fontina, Cheddar, Provolone, Swiss, Armenian String Cheese, Paneer (Indian), Camembert....I love to try out new cheeses and cheese in unexpected combinations....my most recent discovery was feta served with watermelon. Surprisingly delicious and likely to be my staple this summer!

I love cheese. I order feta cheese on pizza sometimes. Camembert and Brie are very good when they are 'ripe' and served at room temperature. I try to keep some good cheddar cheese to cook with...that is probably my favorite. I love real Parmesian cheese (not the stuff in the jar). Fresh mozzerella is another very good one. There are soooo many kinds!

I love cheese on any food, especially pizza. My favorite cheese is a kind of Iranian cheese, called Lighwan.

ME! All kinds, and always willing to try a new one, although stinky cheeses have a little less charm... Best: parmagiano reggiano, its flavor truly deserves its nickname as the "king of Cheeses"...

MY FAVS CHEESE ARE FETA & SWISS !! MY 4 DAUGHTERS HATE ME FOR THEM, BUT THEY NOT IN THE HOUSE ANYMORE SO, ITS ALL GOOD NOW.
