eat a cockroach ((big one)) or eat five slimy and hairy worms??

Well, if you didn't add the "hairy" on there, I might have gone for the worms...but as it stands, I'd go with the cockroach.

i would eat the cockroaches because after good roasting like they do in Africa they actually would be rather tasty
