if you do believe it, what are some negative calorie foods?

I do not think it is a hoax. Celery is a negative calorie food, lettuce, i think maybe watermelon. It is the latest trend and supported with data that the less calories we consume the longer we will or should live. THere is a whole community of these people.

it is definitely fake. the only food that may possibly burn more calories to be digested than the calories it contains is celery. not any fruit, because they are all full of natural sugars. of course, if all you ate was fruit and vegetables anyway, which most of the "negative calorie" labeled foods are, you would lose weight because these foods are natural, high in vitamins, fiber and water contant, and low in fat and calories. but your body would basically deteriorate from lack of protein and calories. if you want to save your metabolism and lean body mass try eating about 5 small 200-300 calorie meals a day that balance fruit and vegetables with lean protein like chicken, fish or tofu.

It is not a hoax.. In fact Celery is a negative calorie food!! You consume more calories than it has while chewing on it.!!

apple. beets, strawberries, brocolli, oranges, papaya, turnip, cabbage, garlic, carrot, celery, cucumber, green beans, mango, onion, spinach, peach, pears, pineapple, cranberries, spinach, rasberries, cauliflower, grapefruit, lemon, asparagus, tangerines
