No you can't pass on what you don't have. However if either of you have had sex before each other, It is like sleeping with everyone that your partner has slept with. Furthermore, it is possible to have a STD without having any obvious signs.
FYI: HPV can be spread even if you use a condom.
The only totally safe sex is in a monogamous relationship with someone who won't cheat on you.
Wait until you are married and have sex with someone who has waited for you and then both stay faithful to each other for life. NO More STDs, ever.
Also there is no prophylactic to protect from the heartache of being sexually active in a temporary relationship. You are better than that and It will hurt you and your future self esteem and hinder your decision making in choosing a spouse.
Don't make things more complicated than they already are. You probably have more than enough problems to deal with in your life already.
By the Way Condoms don't always work. There are a lot of children walking around who are miraculously here because of a failed condom. If Condoms can't guarantee to prevent pregnancy, They can't guarantee protection from AIDS or other STDs.
However Abstinence does Guarantee both of the and protects and preserves your self esteem.
Consider your living chaste while you are single. You won't be sorry.
God Bless You, ;-)

If you are tested and do not have an STD your blood will not harm your sexual partner,
If you are bleeding during sex you may have an personal problem that isn't an STD,
You really need to see a health care professional
Because women do not bleed during sex

If you don't have an STD you can't transmit an STD. There are other blood born illnesses that you can stransfer. I am also wondering why you routinely bleed during sex. You might want to have that checked out.

You can transfer an STD through any bodily fluid (saliva, blood, etc). It depends on the STD, but to be safe you should both get tested and if you are still not sure use a barrier method (condom, etc.) Webmd.com does a pretty good job of covering any questions you might have (like which STD's are transferred through which bodily fluids).
