If in all honesty it is both of your first times then you should have nothing to worry about. But this is something that you should think about before you do this again. ALWAYS, no matter what, practice SAFE SEX even orally. There is just too much out there these days and even if you think that you know and trust your partner, you never can be too safe and sure.

if neither of you had an std to begin with, you won't end up with one. However, even if you don't have an outbreak of genital herpes, i believe she could get it from oral sex. AND, if she has oral herpes (cold sores, fever blisters), you could get genital herpes from that.
