All the same ones you can get from vaginal or anal sex. The probability of say HIV/AIDS, or other fluid transmitted disease is low but can happen. It is most dangerous if you have open sores in or near your mouth. Other things like herpes, gonorrhoea and such can be transmitted to the mouth or around the mouth. Advise is to be sure of your partners STD status and use protection for all sexual activity.

There is a risk of getting AIDS through oral sex but it's not common.
You have a greater chance of syphilis, gonorrhea, candida, chlamydia and parasites.
Remember the person you are having sex with needs to be infected for you to get them, so if you are using this as a way to get out of doing it, nice try ;)
