Playing russian roulette. Yes it can be quite dangerous. Wishing it to go away is silly because without knowing what is going on and fixing the problem even exercise my be problematic.
If this true happened, call 911.
Pain has nothing to do with how mild a heart attack is. How do you figure out the severity of a heart attack?
People get heart attacks because the pipe/pipes (coronary arteries) that supply blood to you heart muscle is clogged up. When the heart muscle cannot get enough blood (oxygen and nutrients), that muscle dies off. Without knowing where the blockage is occurring and how much of a blockage, you cannot really assess the potential damage. It is quite possible to have one mild heart attack and then another. The key is time. The faster you can open up your arteries the less amount of heart muscle damage.
In addition, damages heart muscles are arrythmogenic. It is not uncommon for patients with heart attacks to also damage the electrical system in there heart. They can develope fatal arrythmias.
Next, heart problems can occur on a spectrum. Patients can have stable angina unstable angina and heart attack. How can we be sure that your chest pain is not unstable angina? The chest pain can be a warning sign for a major heart attack.
Lastly, without proper medicines after you heart attack, the dead area in your heart undergoes changes ie remodeling. This remodeling is the normal healing process but it changes the mechanics of your heart. It can worsen the functioning of your heart.

If this situation happened, theoretically, you may be alright if you excerise more, eat healthier and take better care of your body... HOWEVER, there is a chance that the heart attack, however mild, is a sign of deeper heart problems that may only increase with age. A doctor visit is strongly recommended.

I know from personal experience that any type of chest pain should never be ignored, for it can be a matter of life and death. Also, if doctors try in any way to dismiss you, MAKE them listen. Only you know your body....
I was born with heart problems and ultimately had a minor heart attack two years ago and I'm still standing...:) just take care of yourself and you will be fine....Again, MAKE the doctors listen to you

Any heart attack results in some sort of damage to the heart tissue. It can also be signs of more extensive damage that may need surgery to correct. If it isn't addressed, the next one may not be so minor.

the heart by no skill pains. It doent have the nerve cells to finished that. you're able to have a top chest section discomfort, yet no longer a heart discomfort brought about through blockage in arteries. you would have a lung an infection because indications of heart attack do no longer contain discomfort in respiratory , those are lung proper. both way, bypass see your record and they are going to do an EKG.

It's best not to mess around. See a doctor as soon as possible. It may be absolutly nothing, or it could be serious.
Do not mess around.
