Contact the culinary course at you local college
Ask a couple of responsible college age kids you know (check w/ friends or in your church, etc.)
Be sure to offer a decent wage and keep the clothing requirement realistic

Call a catering company. Or see if there is a restauarant supply store in your area. They can provide you with staff but they also can be expensive. BEtween the hourly rate and tipping.

Contact your local community college....many of them have a culinary department. Some students might be willing to do the job...
