HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Girl, go the spa...get a massage, a french manicure, AND a pedicure! Go out to eat for FREE for breakfast, lunch, and dinner ON YOUR BIRTHDAY by going to different restaurants for each meal. Show them your license/ID as proof that it's your birthday, and your meal is free. (Free from places that advertise that kind of thing.)

of course you should celebrate, but you should do this by streaking late @ night w/ some close friends and run through a park or something. or, if you live in a city, stand in front of your window naked. It's liberating. & it gets ur adrenaline rushing. Oh, you can also get drunk.
