out of the blue, you ask, "Exactly how many people have you slept with?" Let's just say this person has slept with 10 people. So, if you decide to sleep with this person, you would've slept with 11 people. Also, you haven't taken into account how many people the 11 people have slept with? (Assuming they have slept with other people besides the person you're thinking about sleeping with.) Sounds crazy I know. So, having read all of this, would you throw caution to the wind, grab a condom and go for it? Or would this be an instant libido killer?

Throwing caution to the wind by using a condom? They're not 100%.

Wouldn't do it, there's too much on the line, the rest of you sex life, the rest of your life, your child (if you decide to have one) ect. Wrapping it up doesn't always work.

Would you rather have sex that will last 30 maybe 35 minutes or have aids for a lifetime? The decision's yours.I 've only slept with one person and i've cought an STD (A cureable one Thank God). we used a condom but it popped in the middle of sex. Now imagine 10 more people sleeping with me. they'd all have what I caught from one person.

As long as you do wear a condom, I don't suppose you're putting yourself in too much danger. If you're worrying about all the permutations and combinations of potential lovers, though, I'd say you probably want to get to know your date a bit better and understand something of her state of physical and mental health before you go to bed with her.

How, exactly, is grabbing a condom "throwing caution to the wind"?

You thnk too much, and in doing so it shows me your not ready to actually do the act. Sex with a condom is better then sex with out of course but no sex is even safer.

Grab a condom and go for it. Sex is sex, no matter how many other partners, past or present.

Frankly, it kills my libido, which is why I don't have much sex any more. You have to really trust the other person and you both have to be open to discussing these issues.

Depends on how well I knew that person and how careful he was, previously. But thinking about it kind of ruins the mood, obviously...
