how do you stop/control arrhythmia caused by a log term of alcohol use? how can i repair the damages that have happend???

AHHHH You got a problem. LONG term etoh then you must be at least 40 years old and then you chances of repair by natural body process is limited at best...

You are best to stay away from the ETOH and not cause further damage.

continue to drink and die soon.

Cardio Mitosis is the duplication of Cardiac cells in your heart. Think of it as Cirrhosis of the heart. The best thing you can do is 1. stop drinking, 2. Healthy diet, 3. Start slow but exercise such as running, cycling, swimming, low intensity low impact exercise. and attempt to keep your heart rate between 40-60 percent of you max Heart rate which you figure out by subtracting your age from 220.

cardiac arrest is were the heart stops and cpr is needed to restart the heart.
