stop consume eggs or meat,
eat fish
be relax every time
consume fish which have scale
eat many tomatoes
eat many cucumbers
eat much green vegetables
drink mininum 1,5 litres water a day
do not consume any sugar
do any sport 4 days a week
stop smoking

Rate Pressure Product is Systolic Blood Pressure (top number) multiplied by heart rate. It is an indirect measure of the oxygen being utilized by the heart....or how hard the heart is working.
