Does anyone no a diet plan that is safe and actually works ?
OK i dont eat any kinda meat exept white meat chicken i dont eat fish , lobster of crab ... Does anyone no a really good diet plan that actually Works and one that works fast i wanna lose atleast 10-15 pounds in 1-2 Months ... Is it possible w/out diet pills ?
And what is a normal weight for a 5'3 13 year old girl that is already Matured ? Like what is over weight and what is under weight?
