Does anyone no a diet plan that is safe and actually works ?

OK i dont eat any kinda meat exept white meat chicken i dont eat fish , lobster of crab ... Does anyone no a really good diet plan that actually Works and one that works fast i wanna lose atleast 10-15 pounds in 1-2 Months ... Is it possible w/out diet pills ?

And what is a normal weight for a 5'3 13 year old girl that is already Matured ? Like what is over weight and what is under weight?

It's easy to lose a kg or two in a month or two.

1. Stop snacking.
2. Stop drinking soda.
3. Eat salad instead of other meals.
4. Exercise, at least every other day for 30-60 minutes. Brisk walking will do.

Really, there's no big secret.

A pound is 3500 calories. 3500 x 10 pounds=35000 calories You'1ll need to reduce your daily caloric intake by at least 1000 calories, or a fraction of that and exercise the difference away. A diet and exercise combination would be best, because one would get rid of your visceral fat ie fat in your organs and the other would get rid of your cutaneous fat ie surface fat in your skin. You shouldn't be eating less than 1500 calories a day, so unless you're eating 2500 I would say you can't safely lose the weight in the given time. You should weigh 115-141 pounds. It would depend on your bones and muscle as well as your fat. PS If you hate to "exercise" then "play". Jump rope, play ping pong against the wall at home, -play badminton with your mom at home...get a part time job walking the neighbors dog, if you have nice neighbors...

Diet Plan:
Eat a little at a time. four to six tiny meals a day. Eat slow.
Eat everything in moderation.
sleep six hours a day. Always be moving around, energetic.
work to make yourself get hungry... repeat this process. Your body will find its correct weight/ build fast and will stay there as long as you continue repeating. Oh- and it is also very important to be happy. Be happy!

I have been using Turbo Jam and I love it. You will learn how to eat healthy with the program and you can log in you workouts everyday and also get a whole community of support. I have lost 8inches and 20 lbs, so far! I am excited and can't wait to see what I look like in the summer. You can do it to. Just find a program that you love and stick to it.
