I have not had sex for 5 years so I know it is not an STD. Even when I had sex I used a condom. I have no insurance so I can not visit a doctor. Why does it burn when I pee?

Syphilis infection can either produce no symptoms or can cause oral or genital ulcers, rash, fever, or a variety of neurological illnesses ranging from forgetfulness to strokes.
Chlamydia and gonorrhea can be transmitted alone or together and cause inflammation of the urethra (urethritis), which the patient experiences as burning on urination and a penile discharge (dripping).
you need checked out there two many things it could be...some std takes years to show up ..some symptoms will come and go....

It's rare for a guy to have a UTI(urninary tract infection) becasuse their urethra is longer than a females, but that could be it. If your peeing a little blood which is a sign of an advanced UTI, it's more than likely just a UTI. Antibiotics can clear that up no prob.

You really need to see a doctor.
You should not ask yahoo!
could be kidney stone, dehydration, you could have caught a communicable std from a pool or hot tub or any one of a million different problems.
Please go see a doctor, get a proper diagnosis.
You can't dick around with a sore dick.

i agree with ladrhiana, try OTC cremes for yeast; lotrimin would be a good choice and the generic will work just as good.
