PORTERHOUSE STEAK -- medium rare. I do love it rare, but if I have to chew a bite more than five chomps, it is not good enough to have rare.
STEAK TARTAR from beef tenderloin, with French fries -- one of my favorites!
VEAL CHOPS
LAMB CHOPS
VENISON -- probably the most delicate meat I have ever had in my life (had it in Appensell, Switzerland)
P.S.: I also like beans and legumes like yourself and some of the other people answering. In fact, I substitute one pound of legumes for one pound of meat each week. Legumes are very healthy, quite delicious if cooked well, and this habit saves almost a whole cow life per year.

Just close your eyes and imagine that little baby cow, laying there helplessly chained to the floor, staring at you with those big brown eyes...and they're watering because some fat butcher is coming at him with a cleaver in order to make him into a tender entree of veal at a restraunt for $21.95 per 4 ounces of his tiny, helpless, fragile body...Hmm... I would probably have to say veal...
Why was that posted on a vegetarian.. thingy?! I'm a veggie eater! Heartless jerk!

Ribeye steak, grilled rare, seasoned with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of garlic powder.... mmmmmmmmmmmmm! P.S. My whole family thinks I'm gross for eating rare meat, but knock it's horns off, drag it across the grill and throw it on a plate :)

Pork roast (well done) with baked sliced, (well browned) potatoes. Sauerkraut with brown sugar, caraway seeds and butter are browned separately in the frying pan. Finally, served with a side of cold apple sauce, topped with cinnamon. Sometimes, I also add another side dish of cold cranberry sauce. Don't forget the hot rolls and butter!
Don't laugh at this recipe until you try it- you'll
love it! We for Thanksgiving dinner!
