It's nearly impossible to eat totally organic,so you eat as much known organics as you can.

eat at organic restaurants like the spot in hermosa beach , there are a few organic cafes around here, look for one in your area

they dont i would say i think just get a salad but of course i dont know if thoose are organic foods either btu they are healthy and good for you i guess if your a veggie freak are you ??

They dont.
Unless they are willing to eat something they are unsure of.
Even many " vegetarian " items are prepared with lard or meat products.

Yeah, it bothers me. It makes them feel good that they are spending all that money on .0000001 ounce of fish. Personally, restaurants like that are RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS>>
It's their conscience.
