i dont eat me meat but only cos i dont like it can i call myself a veggie?

i don't eat either.
people don't eat meat coz of the cruelty involved, or for health consideration, for religion purpose, for a good diet lifestyle. For any reason, the person that doesn't eat meat but drink milk or eat cheese, is called vegetarian, otherwise, vegan.

You can for the simple reason that you do not eat meat. However there is no need to label yourself as being a veggie means nothing more than abstaining from meat (although some veggies regard themselves as having a moral purpose).

Personally I enjoy many vegetarian and meat dishes and find it hard to understand that someone does not eat meat because they don't like it. There are so many varieties, methods of cooking, and consequent tastes that to not like any of it is quite strange.

It seems totally pointless trying to pigeon-hole yourself into a certain category. If you don't eat meat purely and simply because you don't like the taste of it, well that's just your personal preference. I mean, I eat meat, but that does not make me a carnivore. It's horses for courses (no pun intended Lol).
