Side effects of TB medications vary depending on your body. What I have seen in most people is that they develop fungal infections due to prolonged use of antibiotics. This is so because they say antibiotics kill even the useful bacteria in the body, therefore giving rise to fungal population. In some people it increases the need to eat and one can be seen eating a lot in between meals. Either way, the benefits of taking the drug outweigh the side effects. So, just talk to your doctor should any side effects occur. he will help you with the relief.

The most important thing you can do is take your medication as recommended by the doctor. Many people feel better and the full cycle of their antibiotics is not completed, then the side effects of the antibiotics feel worse than the illness so they stop early. All they have done is improved the disease inside of them so now it will have developed a resistance to the antibiotic. When they get sick again there is a risk that the TB will be resistant to all of the antibiotics available. Keep taking your medications and talk to your doctor about what you can do to reduce the side effects. People die of TB. Feel lucky that there is a medication that can cure it for you.
