well because when your brain hears poopie, the sound waves travels to your brain. Your brain recieves "poopie" this triggers a reaction for it is allergic to it. You start to breath in and out and make cackling noises. Your brain eveuntually gains control, but still a chuckle will come out. Your brain tries to stifle those too. It makes your front teeth bite on your lip for pain to block the sense of "poopie" coming into your brain. But you cant help it, it reaches your main control system with a BANG and knocks you on the floor still showing allergetic cackling noises while it makes your roll on the floor. That is why. Your brain is allergic to poopie.
