While strictly - very strictly - the grammar could be correct, the sentence is verbose (long), and would need splitting into four (4) sentences, plus punctuation to make the sentence more readable.
For example the names of the companies could be enclosed in quotes or made italic. The hyphen between joint and stock should be shorter, should not be an em-dash.

It is grammaticly correct, but not very well written. You need an editor. See the previous comments and replace "in the form of" with "as"
