Man-o-man...that's a lot of choices!
But the one thing I keep going back to, time and again, is just your basic creme brulée.

Yes, I know this is a heart-stopper and it really messes with my cholesterol level.
But the beauty of this dessert is in its simplicity.
Clean, neat, rich, smooth...and a little goes a long way.

And it is fun (and easy) to make.

Chocolate chip banana bread pudding. Had it at a restaurant in Pittsburgh years ago (I think the restaurant was called Kaya - in the Strip District).

Yesterday I was at the boardwalk with some of my friends and we were getting ice cream. I had a cup of malt ball and fudge ice cream. OMGGGG. It was soo amazingly good.
