If you have HIV in it's early stages, it's near impossible to detect without going t the doctor to get a blood teat. BUT if you have AIDS, it may be easier to detect. AIDS is the last stage of the HIV and is marked by repeated viruses and infections due to the weakening of our immune systems. But at the same time, ither diseases and viruses may result in susceptibility to infection of viruses. Blood tests are always the best choice in detection methods. Don't hesitate, it's your life and you make the calls.

You can assume you have HIV/AIDS. But the only for sure way to know is by getting an HIV tes done by your doctor or a clinic.

you could definatly have signs and symptoms of HIV, such as it would be alot harder for you to get over something as common as a cold, or it would take longer for a cut to heal, and i think that as soon as they went to the dr for one of those things is usually when people find out. I know that every pregnant woman is screened for the disease and it is usually talked about if you are having unprotected sex....

I dont think you can, as theyre are many auto-immune diseases besides aids. the symptoms for those are tiredness, looking grey-I've heard people with Aids sometimes have a thick coating of white on their tongues and lesions.
