There's only 1 Bristol u must mean the UK! I I live in Devon so not far away!
Don't offices have their xmas party in their office like in 'The Office'?
Oh and to whoever said xmas is a year away? It's under 6 months actually and you're right to start organising things this early to avoid disapointment!

Clarify which Bristol you mean and you might get better results.. I could name a few places in Bristol,VA/TN but not a clue about any other Bristol lol

Check w/ your area chamber of commerce or restaurant association. They should be able to give you a list of places w/ banquet rooms. Also, check w/ local caterers to see if they can recommend something to you. Some businesses work together off of referrals, so you may be able to get a package deal or something, or maybe a discount for booking in advance.

Christmas party, your a bit previous, but if you have to put yourself through this unlikely chor, then look in your local telephonedirectory for venues, I'm sure you will get in anywhere you want, as most normal human beings don't bother with this for another few months yet - ho ho ho

we last time had that in the hilton hotel in Bristol.
Excellent buffet lunch and costs is only about £7,000 for 150 staff
go for it quite cheap and delicious food
