Mini Party Pizzas
I use my potato focaccia dough to make these tender tidbits which works out wonderfully. The dough is cut into circles, fried, and then topped with a few simple ingredients. Just before serving, you just need to broil the pizzas to melt the cheese, and then serve them hot.
Roasted Tomato Pasta
Sweet, roasted cherry tomatoes top fresh egg pasta in this tasty recipe. Roasting the tomatoes in this manner caramelizes them, bringing out their richness.
Garlic Orange Sprimp
In this tasty recipe, shrimp are combined with a fresh orange flavor. Quick and easy to make, it would be a great starter year round, and is equally suitable for a family dinner or when entertaining.
The Italian Kitchen Garden
Are you tired of searching for fresh, ripe produce for your Italian recipes with very little success? Why not consider starting your own Italian garden?
A Passion For Pizza
Whether it is thin crust, thick crust, stuffed, rolled, topped with a dozen ingredients or served simply with tomato and cheese, there are few people who do not appreciate good pizza, myself included. Learn the basics of making good pizza at home.
La Cucina Della Nonna
Italian women all seem to share a passion for food, which is probably why life in Italy has always revolved around the kitchen. An Italian grandmother can throw together a meal at the drop of a hat, and often out of just a few ingredients, sometimes even leftovers.

I think the Mediterranean countries got it right too. It's the use of olive oil, garlic, lemon. Those flavors bring out the best in foods. So Italian, Greek, Lebanese, they are my faves.
