Find a way to add many these foods to your diet.

I personally take a glass of strong juice with a tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, turmeric, and cayenned every day. Eat almonds or walnuts every day. Change your milk to walnut milk or almond milk. Start adding Curry or Turmeric to your food. Change your cooking oil to almond oil or walnut oil. Find what works for you.

Aloe Vera is a mild toxin. It was a component of the "diet" product "Body Solution". It makes you go to the bathroom - alot - and that is how you lose weight. I haven't heard about it being used to lower blood sugar. I would stay away from that idea (you don't want to put a known poison in your body!) and consult a doctor (or call a nurse's hotline for free) to ask about how to lower blood sugar. Eating more protein and green vegetables, cutting out sugar and starches (especially potatoes and bread) should help. Look up "Low Glycemic Index diet" on the internet. It is the healthy alternative to low-carb diets for diabetics. Good luck.

The only thing aloe does is soften the skin. Do not take it internally. It is also very good for burns.
