An hour of brisk walkingis the best way to reduce cholestrol. Besides for diet 2 cashew nut in the morning help.( But hey !! You hav to avoid deep fry that for atleast a month)

Excercise & low fat diet.Normal servings, no fried foods, eat 5 fruit servings a day and 5 veggies a day, lean meat, chicken, fish, baked, broiled or grilled, It works, give it a try.

eat vegies and fruits lots of them, try to avoid eating fatty substances such french fries and fried chicken.the same goes for fast food such as brugers and stuff
