steamed rice, steamed mixed vegetables with cashews with whatever sauce they put on them.
Garlic or chilli prawns (not fried) or any seafood with vegies.

That would be a hard one since lots of the food is fried and had a lot of salt and extra calories. I would say the steamed rice, stir fried mixed veggies and anything that has been steamed. Try to stay away from things with sauces. Also remember that eat in moderation and I'm sure that you'll do just fine.

I am partial to Cashew chicken and Shimp Fried Rice. However what is healthier...is like any other enthic dish. VEGGIES. So get a triple Veg stir fry and you'll make the right choice.

Chap Chai (not sure how to spell it) but it should consist all vegetables. If you translate it, it means 10 (ten) vegetables. It is one of my favorites. Chinese food for president!

you can have whatever you want, but ask them to make it with as little oil as possible. I usually get chicken with black bean sauce, made with little oil. It's delicious, since theres not so much oil it actually makes it more flavorful
