Well first of all... if it is not taking away from your responsibilities, or a healthy social life, ext. and you are not getting caught by anyone but your lover (for whom you should let enjoy as well, I see no need to stop). Dont stop, there is no reason to stop. it feels good and hell it helps me sleep when the woman is not home. unless you are doing it more than 3 times a day or in public, all though it is fun to do in public sometimes, dont worry about it and have fun, just dont pull it off!
