Chewing gum is helpful in that it will moisten your mouth, stop bad breath, keep you from clenching your jaw, help clean your teeth, and aid in concentration.

OK... sugerfree is good, it makes you salivate more, this is the 1st step in digestion.. the enzymes in saliva break down food, so it works on food stuck in your teeth... so if you cant get to a toothbrush.. chew on a piece of suger free gum

chewing gum is a way for me to release anxiety. i try and not chew it in public because i snap it. it's a bad habit and i'm aware of it. so yeah.. it's helpful for me.

Chewing a pice of sugar free gum after meals is supposed to help fight tooth decay only if you don't have access to a tooth brush, otherwise just brush , floss, and rinse. : - )

it depends on if it is sugary gum or tridenty fresh! Oh and it also depends on how bad ur breath stinks!

it is an excersise to the jaw muscles and removes food stuffs from teeth but once in a while is ok not everyday , it might reduce ur appitite ..not healthy i think
