Well that depends on you the cook I would suppose. If you like chicken with skin, then leave it on. If you don't like the skin the take it off. Whether you take it off before or after you cook again is up to you. I cook mine with the skin. then after I cook it, I take it off and my son eats it.

You should remove the skin after cooking, because it retains moisture in the meat as well as flavor. I personally do not eat the skin unless it is fried chicken which i seldom eat. Too many calories and can be gross sometimes.

Not if you are roasting, making soup or chicken and dumplings or grilling.

If grilling or roasting skinned chicken you will need to spray lightly with a cooking oil or marinate/cover it to keep it from drying out too much.

If you are being very careful of colorestrol or fats in general take the skin off and then your best bet is braising it.

The skin should be removed BEFORE cooking if you are looking for the less fat in you cooking. If you are looking for the flavor the after cooking. most of your flavor is under the skin

It depends on what i am cooking. For B.B.Q i leave the skin on to prevent the chicken from burning and the fat makes the chicken moist. Then i remove the fat after.

It would be better to remove it before you start cooking it unless you are making homemade chicken noodle soup or a chicken stock.

If you ´re trying to go with healthy food (reducing cholesterol, etc) then before.
But it won´t taste as good as if you cook it with the skin on it, and then remove it (this way won´t be as healthier as the first one, of course, because the fat and everything else contained in the skin will pass to the meat)

Before. It is just healthier for you can't lose. I only leave the skin on for fried chicken but abstain from eating that too often.

considering the fact that all chicken keep their fat under their epidermis for insulation against chilly, basically as we do, it truly is continually a sturdy theory to eliminate the exterior from chicken, duck, goose etc earlier to cooking to circumvent the better fat intake. desire this clarifies your doubt. If you're trying to eat healthy, before. It's where all the fat is stored...however...it's also got a lot of flavor and will keep the meat more flavorful and moist.
