If all a cow eats is grass,how come we end up with fat in milk and youghurt.Is grass fattening?

There is fat in milk because milk is supposed to have fat. Not from the food they eat. The fat and nutrients that is in the milk is also made for the baby cow.
Also, man adds to the milk which makes it more fattening.
