I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

If you have a vitamin or mineral deficiency, it could be causing problems with your glucose control. For instance, one study found that taking the trace element chromium improved glucose control in subjects who had a chromium deficiency. More studies need to be done. If you choose a variety of fruits, vegetables, grains, and meat each day, and keep your blood sugar close to your target range, you probably don't need to take vitamin supplements because of diabetes.

Chromium picolinate is supposed to help with metabolism and keeping blood sugar levels more even. Cinnamon is supposed to help with sugar processing and lowering insulin resistance. Ginseng is supposed to help with glucose levels, so is magnesium. There are others, this is just from one source (NIH) The second link I list shows even more.
Remember, there is no cure for diabetes. However, with type 2 diabetes, losing even 10% of your body weight can help you keep it under control, helping you to feel better and lessening your chances of ending up with diabetes-related complications. None of these things should replace your normal medication regimine, and nothing you read here should replace advice received from your doctor. I am not one, just someone who's been there. Good luck to you.

I haven't got a clue if there are any, but if you have any medical condition, get QUALIFIED MEDICAL ADVICE before putting any non-prescription drugs or supplements into your body. Many supplements have not gone through the same testing procedures that are required by law for drugs, so always err on the side of caution and feel OK about questioning medical expertise.
