Don't know of any research but it seems that way to me. Think of it this way the hotter the air the more it expands.[ blow up a balloon put it in the freezer it shrinks take it out returns to the size of when you put it in] so the molecules are farther apart. Cool air is more condensed [more O2] easier to breath!

Yes, heat does not cause asthma but can trigger it! I developed Adult asthma after living in Houston,TX a few years. Heat, humidity....still cannot play outside in the heat and probably never will be able to!

yes there is a correlation---my lungs can testify to that. I live in North East Texas and boy is it hot.......I've been having a rough time of it for weeks.
