Diabetes (to oversimplify this complex disease) is a cascade of chemical problems which no longer allow for control of the blood sugar level.
The vital organ for storing sugar in the short term is the LIVER. the more you weigh, the more work the liver is doing to transfer sugar in and out of the bloodstream.
Lose weight and the liver has less work to do and can more precisely control blood sugar.
Lose weight and excess fat in the liver itself ("fatty liver") is reduced; a fatty liver doesn't work as efficiently as a normal liver.
Secondly, a diet designed for weight loss automatically has less sugar and fat in it than your normal diet. No one ever got diabetes from a high-protein, high-fiber, low-fat, low-sugar diet.
Losing weight does not CURE diabetes but it can help minimize the problem.

You thought wrong. Losing weight does NOT necessarily help diabetes. For *some* people, losing weight might make it easier for them to control their diabetes. They'd still be diabetic though, just well-controlled. 20% of Type 2 diabetics are normal weight - for people like that, losing weight is NOT going to change their diabetes in any way. Ditto for Type 1 diabetics.

In Type 2 diabetics, loosing weight helps give the pancreas a break, which means it doesn't have to produce as much insulin and makes it easier for your body to use the insulin you do produce. In Type 1 diabetics, loosing weight probably means you exercise a lot. This helps keep your blood sugar lower, which means less health problems in the long run. But if this is true, be careful to check often before, during, and after exercise, to be sure you don't have a low blood sugar.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Weight loss helps people with diabetes in two important ways. First, it lowers insulin resistance. This allows your natural insulin (in people with type 2 diabetes) to do a better job lowering blood glucose levels. If you take a diabetes medicine, losing weight lowers blood glucose and may allow you to reduce the amount you're taking, or quit taking it altogether. Second, it improves blood fat and blood pressure levels. People with diabetes are about twice as likely to get cardiovascular disease as most
people. Lowering blood fats and blood pressure is a way to reduce that risk

Losing weight in a diabetic:
1) reduces mortality and morbidity associated with diabetes, and slows the progression of the disease.
2) in type II diabetes, losing weight and eating less foods reduce ambient blood sugar and insulin levels, helping improve the insulin resistance underlying the disorder.
3) reduces the total amount of fat tissue, altering the quantity and quality of hormones secreted and being responded to in the bodies tissues.
4) is consistently shown to increase length and quality of life. In addition, losing weight and physical fitness have been shown to even reverse some of the symptoms of diabetes.

actually it's not 100% right.
If you sucks your fat through an operation, it won't bring good impact to your diabetes.
What you shoud do is, get exercise to lose weight.
by working out, you reduce/eliminate the glucose in your blood.
Too much glucose in your blood will cause damage to all your organs (eye, heart, liver, lymph etc)
That's the point why they told you to loose weight.
