any food that is sourced from animals contain cholesterol. although some contain more than others like beef and some contains tons of it but many people don't know like brains of prawns or shrimps, it contain a heck of lot of cholesterol for such a small size

not necessarily foods, but fruits and veggies also. Avocados, butter, flour tortillas, eggs, shrimp, mayonnaise.... All I can think of for now...
My dad has diabetes and he said the doctor told him to watch out for these things.
