Whatever food I was already fixing. Maybe the guy just wants to eat regular food and not get treated any more special than any other guest.

I would serve him some smothered pork chops and gravy with mashed potatoes and string beans with some fresh rolls and he can have a choice of some Kool-Aid, ice tea, or some cola (or maybe wine or other spirits) and then for dessert, he can have some peach cobbler and some ice cream.
