Can be pain in center of chest, can radiate to arms, jaw, neck. But women often can have problems much like indigestion, back pain between shoulders. If you have any strange feeling on these lines. Get to ER immediately.

Chest pain that possibly radiates up into the jaw or arms, pale skin, sweat, difficulty breathing, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, there are several. If you suspect heart trouble, get to an emergency room immediately.
