It wouldn't be a direct symptom, but a symptom of a secondary infection.

Yes, vaginal infections can be a symptom of AIDS, especially if they are recurrent and take a while to resolve. Your body is exposed to all kinds of bacteria, viruses, fungi, and other organisms every day that your immune system will normally keep at bay. If your immune system is compromised by HIV/AIDS, you are more susceptible to all types of infections. However, remember that yeast infections are very common, as are STD's like gonorrhea and chlamydia, so a vaginal infection doesn't necessarily mean you have HIV. If you're concerned, you can talk to a doctor and get a simple blood test to find out if you have HIV.

If you have an abnormal discharge I wouldn't immediately think of HIV..I would first have a good vaginal exam by a reputable physician and have cultures and a PAP smear done. The physician can tell just by the pelvic if he sees anything abnormal in the vagina or on the cervix, he can also feel for any growths in your uterus or ovaries..Please take the time to see your doctor to get the answers you need.

Go to the doctor and let them know about this. They will be able to check to see if you just have an infection. Discharge can be causes by different conditions. See your doctor!

Not normally. HIV+ individuals usually get yeast infections after the disease progresses into AIDS, but those are usually in the mouth.

Its most likely a Thrush! Very nasty and annoying i know! I also had to wear panty liners. It sounds like its starting to get quite bad so see your doctor about it because i left it thinking it would go on its own but just ended up getting really bad and took a while to clear up. Its quite easy to treat with the oral pill and symtoms should go in a few days :)

I'm not sure, the only way to find out is to go to a doc. If anyone ever tells you, a light greenish discharge automatically means you have a disease, they are lying!

no.
what would you say is abnormal?
there are many vaginal discharges, they depend on the age, time of month.... etc.
the fact that one is more common than another doesnt make them abnormal.
